Join our team as Tech Lead for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse!

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical vision and implementation of our D365 CE and Power Platform solutions. In this role, you will lead architectural decisions, mentor developers, and ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. You will work in a competent, interdisciplinary team with employees and consultants from Norway and the Baltics and collaborate closely with various parts of the business.

What you will do:

• Define and maintain the technical roadmap for D365 CE and Dataverse, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance

• Lead solution design and integration design

• Drive best practices for environment management, branching strategies, and deployment processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

• Guide and support developers, ensuring quality and performance standards

• Oversee governance for Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate)

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse

• Strong knowledge of Power Platform architecture and the broader Microsoft ecosystem

• Analytical and structured approach

• Strategic and Proactive mindset

• Expertise in integrations, API management, and ALM practices

• Good communication skills in Latvian and English

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of higher education in IT, economics, data analysis, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Experience with Power Fx and Power Automate

• Experience with TypeScript

• Experience with C# (.NET)

• Experience with Dataverse, Power Plattform, D365 CE

• Flexibility to travel to Oslo on a regular basis
