Spare Parts and Accessories is the daily business to handle Volkswagen and Audi Original product import to our partners and support them to reach and exceed customer needs by top-level quality and process management.
We take care of our today knowledge and experience delivery to our colleagues, stakeholders, and customers, so they can make the right choice tomorrow. Electric mobility is providing sustainable, technologically advanced, exciting, and meaningful transportation for daily commute and longer trip experiences.
High standards of technical competence, knowledge and direct factory support helps to manage all technical and product warranty related issues in a timely manner. We follow performance of network by audit measures and reporting systems to meet customer satisfaction targets.
We are the first to receive and distribute new Volkswagen and Audi products in the Baltics. We handle the transportation of all new Volkswagen and Audi cars to customers throughout the Baltics. We have extensive experience in vehicle logistics, ensuring that the transportation and delivery process is efficient and reliable.
Our Training centre is a place where the hunger for knowledge and true wish to permanently develop yourself meets the latest technical achievements and world well-known car brands. You can count on us! We take care of financial, management, and tax accounting. The Finance and accounting team works closely with all areas of the business on a day-to-day basis to ensure the best data and financial outcome for the company. Our goal is to be the trusted partners for the entire organization both on a strategic and an operational level. We love building efficiency and structure in everything we do.
We secure that quality standards are implemented and maintained on Importer and Retail level. We plan and do audits to make sure that all standards and high customer service quality are in good level.
As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand images, crafting compelling narratives, and reaching our customers.
